We had a great preschool field trip to the pet store today. They had huge turtles walking around the store, probably a million birds, dogs, reptiles, fish, you name it. Aidan went home with two new pet water frogs. They live in his fish bowl and eat frog food. Aidan named them Rocky and Billy. They're lots of fun.

You are such a sucker! You fell for the free fish coupon didn't you! You are weak sista! When they handed me the coupons, I imediately tucked them into my pocket and deposited them in the trash can on the outside of the pet store.
How did Aidan handle the smell? Eden plugged her nose the whole time!
Perhaps it was nice that we missed this field trip... I would have been the mean mom who didn't get a frog or a fish.

I have to say that frogs are a lot cleaner that fish, and they're the size of my thumbnail. However, we did have a beta fish before this and Mike and I started thinking, why couldn't that fish just die? So, we'll see.
I remember when Kelli had gold fish. It was so fun. Rocky and Billy huh. Such cool names Aidan.
